Avocado-Banana Smoothie
Avocado is a superfood that's rich in vitamin B and high in fiber so you feel fuller longer.
Ingredients
1 banana, sliced
1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
6 ice cubes
2 teaspoons honey
Directions
Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
