The Pleasure of Yoga

I was extremely fortunate to take my yoga teaching training for ZFlow power yoga with Zeek Vincent.

I am a realtor full time and wanted to take the training to enhance my own practice. In March 2017 being

in Maui for those 3 weeks was an amazing experience and it has changed my life for the better from that day forward.

Fast forward to March 2020, a worldwide pandemic, businesses closed and travel to see my family in Europe was out of the question.

Daily meditation and yoga were the answer for me to keep my mind. body and soul healthy. Meditation is about letting go of everything, stress, troubles, daily chores, and anxiety, like a spa treatment for your mind. Whether it is 5 minutes or 30 minutes the time you spend

with yourself in mediation is precious to your mental wellbeing.

The pleasure of yoga is that you can practice it anywhere whether alone or with friends. At home in your living room, in your back garden or out at Red Rock with the nature, it is a special treat. The main thing is your individual practice is your own and you grow and create at your own pace. As you can imagine sometimes during quarantine it was tough to be disciplined and work out, but you know deep down in

your heart that you will feel better and lighter at the end of it.

Relax your mind and move your body

daily, and you will flow through life at an easier pace.

Letting go of the daily grind at the end of the day

and preparing for a wonderful day tomorrow. Go easy on yourself if you take a day off and enjoy

tomorrows work out even more, make it like cleaning your teeth and then it becomes a beautiful daily

ritual.

To start the New Year off right, you'll want to make sure you have all these items checked off your list. If you don't have this list completely checked off call our office today to set up a consultation to discuss your options. 1. A Will. In a Will, you state who you want to inherit or distribute your property and name a guardian to care for your young children should something happen to you or your spouse. 2. A Trust. A living trust is a trust that is created during your lifetime. In other words, while you are still alive, you transfer title to your property from your name to that of the trust. There are different types of trusts that can be done depending on your needs. You should discuss with your attorney what assets you want protected so they can advise you on the trust that best suits your needs. 3. Power of Attorneys. With a durable power of attorney, you can give a trusted person authority to handle your finances and property or medical decisions if you become incapacitated and unable to handle your own affairs. 4. Beneficiaries. Naming a beneficiary for bank accounts and retirement plans makes the account automatically "payable on death" to your beneficiary and allows the funds to skip the probate process. 5. Storing your documents. It is a good idea to compile the necessary documentation and make your executor or successor trustee aware of its location. They may need access to the following documents:
