Men's experience

EARLY SIGNS OF ANDROPAUSE, OR LOW TESTOSTERONE

WITH BRAWN ON THE BRAIN, MEN OFTEN FORGET THAT THE

QUINTESSENTIAL MALE HORMONE TESTOSTERONE ADDS

MUCH MORE TO WELL-BEING THAN JUST BUILDING MUSCLE

MASS. Gigi Black, a nurse practitioner at Integrative Wellness Atlanta, believes that fitness begins at the cellular level and starts when a body’s hormones are at correct levels.

The mainstay of treatment for andropause is testosterone supplementation. Gigi says studies
have shown that testosterone supplementation has cardioprotective effects as well as protection
against neurodegenerative conditions, such as Alzheimer’s and depressive disorders, and offset
rapid aging, diabetes, arthritis and autoimmune diseases.

Testosterone replacement treatment options available are topical gel applied to the skin, intramuscular injections or pellet implants that are placed just below the skin.

Pellet implants are the most effective testosterone replacement and maintain a therapeutic level of hormone without the peak and troughs that occur with other forms of testosterone. Men stuck in a plateau often pump iron more, yet it’s a good idea to check testosterone levels before amping up training.

“Andropause, or low testosterone, is something that all men will experience at some point in their life,” she says. “It’s also the one thing that all men have in common, but have difficulty talking about. However, there’s more to the story than erectile dysfunction and loss of libido; testosterone is important for overall health and longevity.”

A living trust is a trust that is created during your lifetime. In other words, while you are still alive, you transfer title to your property from your name to that of the trust. There are different types of trusts that can be done depending on your needs. You should discuss with your attorney what assets you want protected so they can advise you on the trust that best suits your needs. 3. Power of Attorneys. With a durable power of attorney, you can give a trusted person authority to handle your finances and property or medical decisions if you become incapacitated and unable to handle your own affairs. 4. Beneficiaries. Naming a beneficiary for bank accounts and retirement plans makes the account automatically "payable on death" to your beneficiary and allows the funds to skip the probate process. 5. Storing your documents. It is a good idea to compile the necessary documentation and make your executor or successor trustee aware of its location. They may need access to the following documents:
