Craft Kitchen

Springtime entertaining is all about bringing a touch of the outdoors indoors.

You will want to have lush greens with a pop of colors in your table setting. My personal favorite is earthy tones paired with a formal chic tablecloth. I can’t say enough about the ambiance; what better way to set the mood than to use natural lighting. The warm glow of flickering candles is always a hit

When you think of Spring, an explosion of flavors comes to mind. The sweet smells of floral and fresh fruity flavors alongside tender baby greens.

Chef Jaret of CRAFTkitchen has done it again. He has created a wine pairing menu that will have your taste buds working in overdrive. His flair for pairing flavors that showcase the subtle nuances of the wines is out of this world. These pairings allow the flavors to play off each other, creating a harmonious union and mesmerizing the senses.

Craft Kitchen is a frontrunner in culinary genius and edible excellence. Using nothing but the best of ingredients, the master chefs at Craft Kitchen will whip up a delectable delicacy for Breakfast, Lunch, or a Brunch meal to make you sing. But like many of the monoliths of our time, CRAFTkitchen has rather humble beginnings. Opening their doors to the Henderson crowd in 2015, it’s hard to imagine just how far they’ve come in 4 short years. And while a lot has changed, much has stayed the same.

Just like when they opened Craft Kitchen is committed to serving up meals with personality, flavor, and a little bit of soul. Chef Jaret and his wife Chef Tami founded and still run CRAFTkitchen. Jaret brings his skills as an award-winning pastry chef with over two decades of experience to focus on every one of CRAFTkitchens dishes. And while the menu is seasonal, concentrating on using the freshest, organic, most in-season foods, every meal carries that same attention to detail and professional blending of flavors that is expected of someone as masterful of their craft as the chefs of CRAFTkitchen.

And people recognize this. CRAFTkitchen is no stranger to awards, winning 2017 and 2018 Las Vegas Review Journal’s Best of Las Vegas.

Receiving a Silver Award for “Best Brunch” and Bronze Award for “Best Bakery.” recently, they were given the Best of Las Vegas Silver Award winner for “Best Pancakes” and “Best Vegan” in 2018. Their regular menu features not only gluten-free options but vegan, gluten-free options, which is indeed a find for those of us seeking this out.

They even have a vegan, gluten-free choice among their many pastries and baked goods. But despite these numerous awards for Chef Jaret and his wife, it’s still just about the people and the food. Even today, they’re serving up dishes full of personality in a space that never takes itself too seriously–one that’s chock-full of energy, life, and growling stomachs. Whether it’s creme brûlée stuffed French toast or short rib hash, expect to be blown away.

CRAFTkitchen is located at 10940 S. Eastern Ave. Ste 107 Henderson, NV 89052

To start the New Year off right, you'll want to make sure you have all these items checked off your list. If you don't have this list completely checked off call our office today to set up a consultation to discuss your options. 1. A Will. In a Will, you state who you want to inherit or distribute your property and name a guardian to care for your young children should something happen to you or your spouse. 2. A Trust. A living trust is a trust that is created during your lifetime. In other words, while you are still alive, you transfer title to your property from your name to that of the trust. There are different types of trusts that can be done depending on your needs. You should discuss with your attorney what assets you want protected so they can advise you on the trust that best suits your needs. 3. Power of Attorneys. With a durable power of attorney, you can give a trusted person authority to handle your finances and property or medical decisions if you become incapacitated and unable to handle your own affairs. 4. Beneficiaries. Naming a beneficiary for bank accounts and retirement plans makes the account automatically "payable on death" to your beneficiary and allows the funds to skip the probate process. 5. Storing your documents. It is a good idea to compile the necessary documentation and make your executor or successor trustee aware of its location. They may need access to the following documents:
